He began his career in the cabinet office of Renaud Dutreil (Minister for Trade, Craft Industry and Small Businesses and Enterprises), where he worked from 2005 to -2006 before joining the Inspection générale des finances (the French tax inspectorate), where he led several advisory and support projects for the French administration and for the Office of the French President.
