Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister

As Secretary General of Chargeurs, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister is responsible for the Human Resources and Internal Communications Department, and supervises the activities of the Group’s Legal Department and Tax Department. In conjunction with the Group’s Finance Department, she directs the Group’s risk management policy and defines Chargeurs’ values and sustainable development model.
A graduate of the ISG, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister joined Aéroports de Paris in 1987 after a stint in the banking sector. First, she supported the development of the group’s international activities, contributing to numerous airport design and operational projects abroad (Mexico, China, Madagascar, etc.) and also to the development of training programmes for management teams or platform staff.
In 2005, at the time the company converted to a public limited company, she set up a Management Institute to support a managerial transformation programme, before assuming various responsibilities in the field of human resources development (Strategy/organization, Forecast Employment and Skills Management (GPEC), training). In charge of managing cross-functional projects, she contributed in particular to the redesign of purchasing and sales administration processes.
Since 2015, and before joining Chargeurs Group at the end of 2016, Joëlle Fabre-Hoffmeister has been head of the Université du Service, which has been tasked with promoting a service-driven culture within the ADP group and the airport community that matches up to the ambition of the new brand,”Paris Aéroport”, launched in April 2016.
