Talents

At December 31, 2018, the Group employed 2,072 staff, representing an increase of more than 30% in headcount since 2016.
This increase in the number of Group employees is the result of a continuous induction policy, either due to the selective hiring of new talent, particularly young talent, to strengthen the teams, or to new employees coming on board as a result of acquisitions made by the Group.
Chargeurs’ international footprint provides its employees with an inexhaustible source of career opportunities and experience, and makes diversity a daily reality.

The changes undertaken by the Group have earmarked the training of employees as both a priority and a challenge. In 2018, the number of hours of training was 17 hours per person, up 33% from the previous year. All business units are mobilized to provide their employees with the best possible opportunities to develop within the Group.

To join the Chargeurs Group is to choose development and agility within a forward-looking group, which is at the heart of today’s world challenges.

Talents are at the heart of the Chargeurs' model.
